宗旨

台灣為全球半導體關鍵基地，封測產業尤以中部為重鎮。矽品精密（SPIL）等國際大廠對於具備「生產理解力 × 數位素養 × 基本科技知識 × 團隊溝通能力」之基礎人才有持續且大量之需求。

本學程設立宗旨為因應台灣半導體封測產業人才需求，培育跨領域優質人力，加值畢業競爭力，縮短高教與產業實務間之學用落差。

本學程針對非理工背景學生，強化基礎電學、封裝製程、智慧健康、資料分析與 AI 應用素養，提升就業競爭力，成為未來職場具即戰力之入門人才。
