- The three compulsory courses for qualification examinations are Data Science, Machine Learning, and Algorithms, which the students must at least select 2 compulsory courses for qualification examinations. (資格考選考科目包含「資料科學」、「機器學習」、「演算法」，博士生應通過2科資格考試)。
- Graduation requirement:27 credits including 6 credits of thesis, 12 credits of Required Courses and 9 credits of Elective Courses.(總畢業學分數為27學分，含校及學程必修核心課程18學分與學程選修課程9學分)
